Create a California (Cal) Webgrant account to manage your Cal Grant and/or Chafee account.  There are 3 different Cal Grants A, B, & C.  It is free money that you don't have to repay. You will need to submit a FAFSA or Ca Dream Act by the March 2nd deadline, meet eligibility, gpa minimum requirements, and financial requirements.  There is no separate application for Cal Grants.
