NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF AN ENERGY SERVICES CONTRACT
Pursuant to California Government Code 4217.10 -.18, the Governing Board of the Salinas Union High School District will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room, 431 West Alisal Street, Salinas, CA 93901, to consider approval of an Energy Services Contract. The Board will consider whether the anticipated cost to the District for services under the proposed agreement will be less than the anticipated marginal cost to the District of energy that would have been consumed by the District in the absence of the proposed agreement.
Written comments may be submitted to Ana Aguillon, Manager of Business Services/CBO, 431 W. Alisal Street, Salinas, CA 93901, prior to the date and time of the hearing. For further information, please call the District Office at (831) 796-7000.
If you challenge this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearings regarding the projects described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the appropriate authority at or before these hearings.
