PSAT on October 10

In the 2018-19 school year, all ninth, tenth, and eleventh graders will have the opportunity to take the PSAT free of charge. This has been made possible as a result of the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The Salinas Union High School District will proctor the on-site administration of the 2018-19 PSAT at the high schools on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. This test parallels SAT. The test is composed of three sections: Math, Critical Reading, and Writing and takes two hours and ten minutes to complete.  Students will be automatically registered for the 2018 PSAT unless you choose to "opt out" your child by completing and signing an opt out form. Please return the signed "opt out" form to the school office by October 5, 2018.
