  • Harmony At Home

Our Stick & Stones counselor is Guadalupe Hernandez for our 2019-2010 school year. Sticks & Stones is a school based counseling program designed specifically for youth who have been exposed to violence and trauma such as grief and loss, domestic violence, abuse, and separation from family. The students we serve also exhibit challenging behaviors at home, at school, or in the community such as gang involvement, anger withdrawal, and self harm. Sticks & Stones sees students for short-term (10-week) individual or group counseling focused on emotions identification, emotional expression, coping skills, and finding safety in unsafe situations.

  • Chromebook Care

The mission of the Chromebook distribution in the SUHSD is to create a collaborative leaving environment for all learners. The Chromebooks are a learning resource. There is no opt-out process for receiving a Chromebook because it is an important tool for completing assigned work, conducting research, and accessing learning materials - just like a textbook. Students are responsible for the general care of the Chromebook they have been issued by the school. If you lose and/or damage your Chromebook, please report it to the textbook clerk in room 300. Click the above title for more information and flyer.
