In an effort to continue to meet the SUHSD Board of Education’s goal that all students graduate college and career ready, we are moving forward in providing equal access to technology for every student, in every class, every day.  Thus, every student will be issued a Chromebook for use at school and at home.  This will further enable our students to establish proficiency in 21st century skills that include: communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking.  

We have upgraded our network infrastructure to support the bandwidth and we have created processes for instructional training and support.  We recognize that this is an ambitious initiative and there are always challenges, but our students deserve to have the most engaging and innovative learning environments that we can provide.  

Teachers will be also be issued a Chromebook to enhance the usage of the same device that students will be utilizing.
