Athletic Clearance

Once you have registered, click over to the Athletic Forms section to print out documents, then upload the forms needed to finish the clearance process. These forms usually are availabe in the Main Office or Athletic Office, but due to the Pandemic, athletes are being asked to upload ALL FORMS electronically. Thank you for your understanding.
