2019-2020 Principal’s Message
I hope this message finds you refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for the new school year. We are looking forward to your return on Wednesday, August 7th. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing an array of engaging and challenging learning experiences to help our students have a positive high school experience, grow in their confidence as learners, and prepare them to be college/career ready!
It is important over the next few weeks for both parents and students to familiarize themselves with ParentVue, StudentVue, and with our school policies. Please be sure you review the dress code policy carefully as it will be enforced starting the first day of school. In addition, we will have a no hat, hoodie, beanie, earbuds, cell phone in the classroom policy. Though we understand that cell phones can be used for learning opportunities, it can also be a source of distraction for students as well as affect classroom performance. Therefore we ask that students use Chromebooks to access content/curriculum.
These tools will set each Eagle up for unlimited success. To maximize support for your students, please consider getting involved and join our School Site Council, ELAC, Parent Club, or one of our other booster organizations as research indicates parent involvement is directly related to a student’s school success. Your time and support truly makes a difference!
I am looking forward to a great 2019-2020 school year and I hope to see all of you at many of our upcoming events and activities. Go Eagles!
