  • What do I need to play sports?

    1. Take the athletics survey found here: bit.ly/2PMOTuL
    2. Register on athleticclearance.com  New athletes will need to create an account.
    3. Physical from a Doctor. Use this physical form: bit.ly/3fTCNug 
    4. Contract Signing Night: TBD. You only need to attend once in High School. More information will be made available. 

    Concussion Baseline Test. This must be taken every two years. After completing the survey you will be emailed information regarding the Concussion Baseline Test.
