    "I grew up in Salinas and left to live in Minnesota for awhile.  I am very happy to be back in Salinas with my family, and back to the beautiful California weather.  I have two daughters, both in college, one in Minnesota and the other at Cal Poly-SLO. I taught for over 20 years before moving into administration.  I went to the University of Montana, San Jose State, St. Mary's University of Minnesota, and Hamline University."

    "Welcome to Salinas High, home of the COWBOYS! It is my honor to serve as one of your assistant principals. TOGETHER we will work to prepare our students for their goals, dreams, and aspirations.  Our success here at Salinas is a direct reflection of our community and support system.   I am certain that with a focus on instructional pedagogy, strategic feedback, and a safe learning environment, TOGETHER we can continue to impact the lives of our students.
     
    This is my fourth year here at Salinas High and my 19th in education.   I too am a member of the Salinas High community. My family lives and loves it here! We are excited about the future when our own children will be COWBOYS! (Class of 2025 and 2027).

    Hello Cowboys..My name is Ernesto Pacleb. I grew up in San Jose and then came to CSUMB where I played soccer and earned my teaching credential. I earned my admin credential through SJSU. I have called the Salinas/Monterey area my home for the last 20 years. I started as a math teacher and transitioned into administration. I have a beautiful family with my wife and two young energetic boys. I am proud to be part of the SHS community. Go Cowboys!!!

    Vivian Moises

    Hello Cowboy Community! I am honored and proud to be the newest assistant principal at Salinas High. I have been in education for the past 20 years, seven of those years have been in the Salinas Union High School District. I attended UC Santa Cruz, National University, and Brandman University. 

    I believe that as a community we can ALL make a difference. My major responsibilities are: Safety, Special Education, Science, Health, and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Tiers 2/3.
