Seniors who received an invitation for Senior Awards Night will be honored in a walk-through awards ceremony on Tuesday, May 17th, that will be live streamed on our Youtube Channel. Students should arrive with their immediate family at the time listed on their invitation, and should dress in professional attire. Awards will be distributed to the students after they walk on stage.
Vikings, click on the red title of this post to view the bell schedules for the last week of school, May 23rd - May 26th. Finals for 9th - 11th grade students will be held in a block schedule format on Tuesday, May 24th and Wednesday, May 25th. Also, the last day of school on Thursday will be a minimum day schedule, and the Class of 2022 Graduation will take place at 2 pm at Rabobank Stadium.
NSHS Baile Folklorico students will be partnering with the AHS Baile Folklorico program in a spring dance performance, Unidos por la Danza, this Friday, May 6th at 6:30 pm in the Salinas High School Performing Arts Center. Come support your fellow Vikings in a night of traditional folkloric dance of Mexico.
The Salinas Union High School District in collaboration with Hartnell College, will be hosting a Jump Start to College Program this summer for current 9th - 11th grade students. The program will take place from July 11th - July 15th from 9 am - 2:30 pm at Hartnell College. Limited spots are available, click on the red title of this post for more details.
The public hearing for the Monterey County SELPA Annual Budget Plan and Annual Service Plan will be held during the SELPA Governance Council meeting scheduled for May 19, 2022 at 11:30 am. Please click on the red title of this post for meeting details.
